Howard Lamb
Howard is our Principal Engineer and has a Masters in Electrical Engineering with extensive alternative energy experience from developing the world’s first large-scale solar electric carport at the University of South Florida to designing and coordinating the research at Sacramento Municipal Utility District’s Electric Vehicle Battery Test Laboratory. Occasionally there have been reported sightings of Howard on rooftops helping or leading with installations. He believes in having hands on experience, along with his engineering designs, and has been “physically” involved with over twenty-five installations.



Jon Lange
Jon is our solar electric installation manager and is a SEI certified designer/installer of both photovoltaic systems and solar thermal systems. Jon is an experienced project manager and has lead the installations of over one hundred fifty PV systems; serving residential, commercial, and non-profit customers. Jon’s installations total over one “mega” watt of solar energy with system sizes ranging from 1.5 kW to 106 kW.



Steve Tedesco
Steve is our solar hot water installation manager with over five years experience as a project manager and lead installer for both residential and commercial projects. Steve has installed close to one hundred solar hot water and three hundred solar pool heating systems. Before embarking on his solar career, Steve utilized his background in pipefitting, welding, brazing and carpentry to include solar design.



Eric Teegarden
Eric, an environmental engineer and sales rep, holds a Masters in Environmental Science, Bachelors in Geophysics and Bachelors in Civil Engineering. In 2006 he ran for Snohomish County PUD Commissioner on a platform of conservation and renewable energy sources.



Jesse Hunter
Jesse, our commercial project manager, received training in photovoltaics from Solar Energy International (SEI) after an extended period in the monastic life where he helped to develop a solar powered monastery.

Thomas Mallory
Thomas, our Sales Manager, has over fourteen years of sales and commercial finance background. Prior to that Thomas had a commercial fishing background in Alaska and was a licensed US Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer. He is passionately interested in and committed to renewable energy and solar power.
